No. Sending an enquiry or holding a call doesn't create a contract or any obligation on either side. Work begins only once you've agreed and signed a statement of work covering scope and commercial terms.

If you engage us, what you own and what transfers is set out in your statement of work. By default, you own the outputs we build for you; we keep the rights to our reusable frameworks, tooling, and internal IP.

The site is provided as-is, with no warranties. We're not liable for incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it. For engaged work, liability is covered in your statement of work.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes go to the courts of England and Wales - unless your signed agreement specifies somewhere else.
