These terms govern use of the Group of Dots website and any preliminary engagement. Project-specific work is always covered by a separate, signed statement of work.

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with, scrape, or compromise the site, its infrastructure, or any system it connects to.

The content on this site — copy, design, code, and graphic elements — is provided for information. You may share links. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it without permission.

Sending an enquiry or holding a call does not create any contractual relationship. Work begins only once scope, commercial terms, and a statement of work are agreed and signed.

For engaged work, deliverables and IP transfer are governed by the statement of work. By default, you own the outputs built for you, we retain rights to reusable frameworks, tooling, and internal IP.

The site is provided as-is, without warranties. Group of Dots is not liable for incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability for engaged work is covered in the statement of work.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales, unless another jurisdiction is specified in a signed agreement.
